Both ESO Logistics and DX Express hold the necessary Animal Transport Authorisation via the APHA (Animal & Plant Health Agency) ensuring compliance with all regulations.

All live fish shipments are processed on a premium timed delivery service to ensure the transit time is kept to a minimum. Delivery notifications are sent to the recipient to keep the receiver updated with a delivery window.

Further to this we also provide dedicated same day vehicles for large multi box deliveries.
